Orders placed on madbagstore.com will be shipped from one of our two warehouses, subject to availability. Therefore, orders that include multiple items may be sent in multiple separate shipments.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your package is shipped. For registered customers, you can check the most up-to-date status of your order on the My Orders page.
Shipping costs
At the time of purchase we offer flat rate shipping, with no additional costs at the time of delivery. Shipments are made with DHL Express .
All orders are processed automatically and we cannot expedite or delay shipping.
International Orders
All orders shipped internationally to Canada and the United Kingdom may incur customs charges, duties, taxes or broker fees.
Customs fees, duties or taxes will be paid by the recipient and will be calculated, displayed and charged at checkout.
For international orders, the customer may be required to provide additional information to the courier to ensure delivery. In this case, you may be contacted by email, phone or SMS to provide the requested data. Please note that this does not imply registration or subscription to any messenger service, nor will any additional payment be requested at the time of delivery. The courier will not be able to deliver the package without the additional information requested. If you do not provide the necessary details, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
