Return Policy
You can return any item purchased on madbagstore.com within 14 days of the delivery date by following the following instructions:
- Contact the serious customer service via email info@madbagstore.com in this way it will be possible to initiate the return request, which will be examined by our customer service team. Within one business day of sending the request, you will receive by email the return authorization, necessary to process the return.
- Once you have received your return authorization, please ensure that the item(s) you wish to return are in their original condition (including tags and packaging), otherwise we will not be able to approve the return.
- Our customer service team will provide further instructions in the return authorization email to help you complete your return.
Once the return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for the return to be processed and the exchange or voucher refund to be issued. If the return does not meet the above conditions, the item(s) will be sent back to the customer and the return request will be rejected. Once the return has been approved and processed, a voucher refund will be issued.

Changes
The exchange can be made with any item of equal or higher cost than the one purchased, possibly paying the difference. If the item is exchanged for one of lower value, no monetary refund will be issued but only a voucher to be spent only on madbagstore.com. The deadline for making the exchange is 2 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
It is necessary that the goods are completely intact in the original packaging and that they have NEVER been used outside.
To exchange goods and reserve the item you want as a replacement, you must first contact us at the customer service by email by writing to us at info@madbagstore.com
To return the goods, ship the product via any courier of your choice and at your expense.
The shipping for the return of the products is at the customer's expense, as well as any customs charges (in case of return outside the EEC). Only after receiving the package sent by you, we will ship the new product.
Exchanges and refunds will not be made on CUSTOM models upon request.
Refunds
Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed and your voucher refund issued. Once your return is accepted, we will process your voucher refund and send you a refund confirmation email.
