Are you passionate about the world of e-commerce and want to gain experience in the fashion industry? We are looking for an enthusiastic and determined intern to join our team as an E-commerce Specialist Trainee.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to hone your e-commerce skills, collaborating with a dynamic and passionate team of fashion industry.

• Support the E-commerce Manager in the daily management and development of the online platform.* Collaborate in customer service management, providing timely responses to user questions and after-sales support.
• Collaborate in creating marketing and promotion strategies to increase traffic and sales on the e-commerce site.
• Contribute to website optimization to improve user experience and increase conversions.* Assist in analyzing data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging content and promotions on the site.* Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and suggest improvements.
• Support order management and logistics to ensure efficient delivery service.
• Interest and passion for e-commerce and the fashion industry.* Knowledge of online sales dynamics and best practices for e-commerce.
• Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).* Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability.* Good level of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.* Knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
