HOW TO BUY

To purchase one or more products on www.madbagstore.com, it is necessary to choose the product (model, size, color) and fill in the order form in electronic format (personal details, billing and shipping). The transmission to the Seller, electronically, is automatic. The order form contains a reference to the General Conditions of Sale (this page) and a summary of information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered and the relative price (including all applicable taxes or duties), the means of payment that you can use to purchase each product and the delivery methods of the purchased products and the related shipping costs. The contract is considered concluded when the Seller receives your order form electronically, after verifying the correctness of the data relating to your order. The order form will be archived in our database for the period of time necessary to process the orders and in any case within the terms of the law. Once the contract is concluded, ev8style will take charge of your purchase order. The Seller may not process your purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform you by email or telephone call that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not processed your purchase order, specifying the reasons. Where the products, presented on www.madbagstore.com are no longer available or on sale at the time of your last access to the site or sending the order form, it will be the Seller's responsibility to notify you promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from day following the day in which you have sent your order to the Seller, any unavailability of the products ordered. In case of forwarding the order form and paying the price, the Seller will reimburse any amount already paid by you. By electronically transmitting the order form, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe, in relations with the Seller, these General Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with some of the terms reported in the General Conditions of Sale, we invite you not to submit the order form for the purchase of products on www.madbagstore.com . Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send you, via email, a receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the information already contained in the order form (information relating to the essential characteristics of the product and the detailed indication of the price , means of payment and delivery costs).

PRODUCTS AND WARRANTY

On www.madbagstore.com exclusively branded and original products are offered for sale  MAD BAG STORE buy directly from carefully selected but above all authorized fashion houses, manufacturers and retailers and customize with manual processing. Therefore they are to be considered limited edition products. The Seller does not sell used products, the manual manufacturing process and the finishes (including the "dirtiness" or aging/wear of the shoe) are part of the product that is sold as such. The manual workmanship makes the product unique, therefore it may differ slightly from the product images presented on the site. The essential characteristics of the products are presented above www.madbagstore.com within each product sheet. The images and colors of the products may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used. Product prices may be subject to updates. Check the final sales price before submitting the relevant order form. Purchase requests from countries not included among those displayed on the order page cannot be accepted by the Seller. The warranty for these products is offered directly by MAD BAG STORE .

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days, starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased on www.madbagstore.com

Follow the instructions you find in the section Shipping, Exchanges & Returns . You will be contacted by one of our managers. The Seller, in the event of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that have been used, altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been washed or damaged. Any shipping costs for returning the products to the seller are the responsibility of the buyer

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the consumer code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and the legislative decree of 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce. In the event of disputes between the Seller and each end user, the competent court is that of Rimini.

By consenting to MAD BAG STORE's SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages.
