Shipping and exchanges

CHANGES

The exchange can be made with any item of equal or higher cost than the one purchased, possibly paying the difference. If the item is exchanged for one of lower value, no monetary refund will be issued but only a voucher that can be spent only on madbagstore.com. The deadline for making the exchange is 2 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
It is necessary that the goods are completely intact in the original packaging and that they have NEVER been used outside.

To exchange goods and to reserve the item you want as a replacement, you must first contact us at the customer service by email by writing to us at info@ madbagstore .com or on WhatsApp at +39 327 7222545 .

To return the goods, ship the product via any courier of your choice and at your expense.

The shipping for the return of the products is at the customer's expense, as well as any customs charges (in case of return outside the EEC). Only after receiving the package sent by you, we will ship the new product.
Exchanges and refunds will not be made on CUSTOM models upon request.

The company does NOT provide financial refunds but only vouchers for the value of the bag.

SHIPPING TIMES

All products are created after your order to give a unique and artisanal look to your product. Standard shipping of products available in stock is normally made within 3/5 days (Italy). Express shipping provides delivery within 24/48 hours. All shipments are made via insured courier to ensure your purchases as much as possible.

Minor setbacks can extend the time by up to 24 hours. But in these cases you can always track your order from your account.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT

To follow your shipment step by step we have several free services that we make available to our customers. You can track your package through your customer account on our site or simply through your email with which you placed the order (provided that the email provided is real) or even via SMS (provided that the number provided is real). HOW DO I PAY IN THREE INSTALLMENTS WITHOUT INTEREST?

You can use Paypal or Klarna to pay in three interest-free instalments.

Payment for each installment will automatically be taken from the debit or credit card entered at checkout . Your first installment will be collected when your order is confirmed by the merchant, and installments 2 and 3 will be scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.

HOW DO YOU PAY ON DELIVERY?

    When will my order be processed?

Please note that no home deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays, with the exception of the virtual gift card which will be delivered on the date indicated by you.

    For the purposes of these Conditions, the "delivery" will be considered as having taken place or the order "delivered" through the acquisition, by you or by a third party indicated by you, of the material availability or in any case of the control of the products, which will be proven by signing the order receipt to the agreed shipping address.
