The presence of any variations in color tones (no chemical dyes are used, the colors are natural), veins, marks or irregularities is a natural characteristic that makes each piece unique.
Store and handle with care. Avoid contact with liquids, creams, oils, cosmetics, perfumes, direct sunlight, heat sources and abrasive surfaces.
Shipping + Returns
All our products will be shipped with a 100% cotton dust bag and packaged in our signature Madbag box. Worldwide delivery takes 3/5 standard working days, express in 24/48 hours from the next day of the order. We are happy to accept timely returns of new and unused products within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. Please note that return costs will be arranged and paid by the customer.
